Complaint of Over Limit Contributions and Request for Audit – Obama for America (C00431445) and Obama Victory Fund (C00451393)

AK, ID, LA, MT, WV, HI and NV Post-General Report Exceedances

(Supplemental Update to MUR 6142)

Dear Sir or Madam:

This is a supplemental update to complaint, MUR 6142, pertaining to the Presidential Campaign Funds of Barack Obama.  It is based on FEC files downloaded from the website for Post-General funds for Alaska, Idaho, Louisiana, Montana, West Virginia, Hawaii and Nevada.

The results of the Post-General exceedance studies done to date summarized in Table I.   Approximately 41% of the $485 million in contributions that have disclosed donors has been reviewed.  A total of 708 donors over the limit of $4,600 have been identified, totaling $755, 017 in over limit funds based on the Post-General Reporting.

The over limit contributions for Alaska, Idaho, Montana and West Virginia are listed in Table II.  The over limit contributions for Hawaii are shown in Table III and for Nevada in Table IV.

The American People need an audit of the Obama for America (C00431445) and Obama Victory Fund (C00451393).  We are depending on the FEC to assure compliance with fair practices.  Please audit the Obama Presidential Campaign Funds.  Thank you for your time and consideration.

Yours Truly,

Subscribed and sworn to before me this__________day of_______________, 20___.
