Dear Sir or Madam:

This is a supplemental update to complaint, MUR 6142, pertaining to the Presidential Campaign Funds of Barack Obama.  It is based on FEC files downloaded from the FEC website for Post-General funds for the above named states. 

The over limit contributions for Indiana, Maine, Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Vermont, Wisconsin and Wyoming are show in the tables indicated and they compare to the Pre-General studies as follows:

Georgia and Missouri Post-General Report Exceedances

(Supplemental Update to MUR 6142)

Dear Sir or Madam:

This is a supplemental update to complaint, MUR 6142, pertaining to the Presidential Campaign Funds of Barack Obama.  It is based on FEC files downloaded from the FEC website for Post-General funds for the States of Georgia and Missouri.

There were 57 contributions over the $4,600 limit totaling $82,592.  The exceedances for Georgia are listed in Table I and the exceedances for Missouri are listed in Table II.

Dear Sir or Madam:

This is a supplemental update to complaint, MUR 6142, pertaining to the Presidential Campaign Funds of Barack Obama.  It is based on FEC files downloaded from the website for Post-General funds for the State of Washington.

There were 41 exceedances of the $4,600 limit identified, totaling $44,408, based on the Post–General Reporting (Table I) versus 21 exceedances totaling $24,780 based on the Pre-General Reporting.  In addition, there were some individual donor listings for Indian Tribes:
